I recently stayed at a hotel in Juiz de Fora and had a really pleasant experience. the hotel's location was great, right in the downtown area with easy access to busy streets. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, including a valet service for parking. And lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast they offered, which was really enjoyable. I found this hotel to be a great option for my stay.
There were no major issues with my stay at this hotel.

The hotel's breakfast and location were great. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of treats to offer, including fresh fruits, baked goods, hot/cold dishes. The location was key as it was close to the shopping mall and restaurants. One more thing I enjoyed was the staff's responsiveness and willingness to solve questions/issues.
I had a terrible experience on Christmas Eve at this hotel. The room was absolutely disgraceful - the sheets were stained and worn, carpets were dirty, and the walls were peeling off. In addition, the room was very small and cramped. The worst aspect, however, was the noise. It was a sleepless night because of the constant noise coming from the hallway and the other rooms around me. Even the earplugs I had didn't help me. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

The hotel's attention to detail was outstanding. Just like the hotel in Vegas, they offered an upgrade option for a small extra fee, and it was definitely worth it. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the city and its landmarks. Furthermore, the staff provided excellent service, from the valet parking to the friendly front desk assistance. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and delicious, just as mentioned in one of the reviews.
No complaints here, everything was perfect.
